Candy Bar Pie

1 refrigerated pie crust (from a 15 oz. package)

6 (1.86 oz.) candy bars

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 (12 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

1/3 cup sour cream

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

3 tablespoons heavy cream

2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Place pie crust in a 9 in. pie pan.  Bake at 450 for 5-7 minutes.  Reduce oven temperature to 325.  Cut candy bars in half lengthwise.  Place pieces over bottom of crust.  Set aside.  Combine sugar and cream cheese until smooth.  Add eggs (one at a time).  Mix.  Add sour cream and peanut butter.  Mix until smooth.  Pour over candy bar pieces.  Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.  For the coating heat heavy cream over medium heat.  Once warm remove from heat and add chocolate chips.  Mix until smooth.  Spread over top of pie once the pie has cooled.  Chill 2-3 hours.
