Healthy Black Bean and Salsa Dip

2 (15 ounces) cans black beans, drained and rinsed

1 1/2 cups vegetable broth

1 cup chunky salsa

1 teaspoon ground cumin

4 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

Shredded cheddar cheese

Combine the beans, broth, salsa, and cumin in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.  Heat bean mixture until fully heated.  Transfer to a serving dish.  Top with sour cream, green onions, and cheese.
