Low-Calorie Banana Bread

2 eggs

2/3 cup white sugar

2 bananas, mashed

1/4 cup applesauce

1/3 cup nonfat milk

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

In a large bowl beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.  Add and combine bananas, applesauce, milk, oil and vanilla extract.  In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.  Stir into banana mixture.  Fold in walnut or pecans.  Bake at 325 in a lightly greased then lightly floured bread pan.
