Magic Marshmallow Crescent Puffs

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 (8 oz.) crescent dinner rolls

16 large marshmallows

1/4 cup butter, melted




1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2-3 teaspoons milk

1/4 cup chopped nuts

Combine sugar and cinnamon.  Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles.  Dip a marshmallow in melted butter.  Roll marshmallow in sugar-cinnamon mixture.  Place inside the base of crescent roll.  Wrap completely covering marshmallow and squeezing edges of the dough.  Dip crescent in butter.  Place in a muffin pan.  Repeat with remaining marshmallows and crescents.  Place muffin pan on top of a baking pan.  Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.  Immediately remove from pan and drizzle with glaze.


Glaze:  Combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts.  Add just enough milk until you have a glaze.
