Peanut Butter Cups

1 (8 oz.) milk chocolate bar

1 1/2 cup peanut butter

4 tablespoons butter

In the top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling water, melt chocolate, butter, and 3/4 cup of the peanut butter.  Melt remaining half of peanut butter in the top of another double boiler over simmering water until it has a pouring consistency.  Place 24 miniature muffin paper liners inside a cupcake or muffin tins.  Use cooking spray and coat tins.  Pour half of the chocolate mixture equally among the paper liners.  Then pour peanut butter over top.  Then remaining chocolate.  Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours.
