I was doing some research and I found some stuff out about water that was kind of shocking, so I thought I would share some of the things I found.  75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.  One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters.  Lack of water, is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.  Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79% and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.  Water covers 71% of the Earth's surface.  Only 2.5% of this water is freshwater.  75% of the human brain is water and 75% of a living tree is water.  The average total home water use for each person in the U.S. is about 50 gallons a day.  Makes you think twice about water doesn't it?
