Lately, I have been very stressed out.  I just have so much going on from holidays, birthdays, and deadlines that it is hard to keep up sometimes.  So, I started looking up some different things on how I could destress and how to make my workflow go easier.  Here is what I found.


One way is to notice your tendencies.  Is it anxiety, worry, regret, guilt, fear, or pleasure seeking.  The second thing I found was to practice acceptance.  Then to focus on breath control, use reminders, be determined, and to always follow your passion.  All I have to say is easier said than done.
