One Year Anniversary

February 1, 2018

I am totally lost for words.  February marks one year since the launch the website, “My Family’s Kitchen,” and LAB Productions.  I never thought all of this would have ever blossomed like it has.  God has truly blessed me with this.  It is so crazy because all of this, almost never happened.  My best friend/family friend asked me to help her get her business started and to help her start a website.  In the process, the idea came about that I should start up a website as well.  So, I did.  History was made.  I have to thank and owe all of this to my best/family friend Veronica.  She saw something in me like so many others have, but she was placed in my life at the right time to help guild me on this crazy journey.  She even gave up a portion of her house just to let my dreams come true.  For that I am truly thankful.  I do not know what I would do with out her.

They say the first year is the most challenging.  I am not going to lie it has been, but with God’s guidance every situation has worked out.  He has blessed me with so many things.  Throughout this journey, I have gotten to meet and visit so many different people and places.  I have done some really cool things.  Without God none of this would be possible.  One of the things I am most thankful for is for is you.  Without you reading this, I wouldn’t be writing it.  Not mention watching my videos, coming to the website.  You have a big role in all of this.  So, thank you.

Not to mention Greg and Shirley with Olive Oil Divine.  Brent and Taylor with Anytime Fitness in Elizabethton.  Misty with The Duck Crossing.  Each one of you has been so kind, generous, helpful, and the list goes on.  Each of you will always have such a special place in my heart.  I value your guidance and have learned so much.  My life has been changed and touched by you in some way shape or form.

Did you really think I would forget to thank my parents?  My mom gave birth to me.  Both my Mom and Dad has suffered the most.  They have to put up with me.  I bet they never thought by taking me to see my favorite television show “Crook & Chase” be tapped, that my life would change forever.  I know, I could never repay you for everything that you have done for me, but I can at least say thank you.  Also, I need to say thank you to Montie for letting me film at your place and for putting up with me like you do.

This year has been one of the most craziest, busiest, and happiest years of my life.  I wouldn’t change a single thing.  The future for year two is bright.  I am looking forward to getting it start, so let’s get cooking.
